Clinical Research Associate II

As a Clinical Research Associate II at Pharmiweb, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical research services to our clients. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, including clinical trials, observational studies, and other research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify study documents, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
- Collaborate with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identify and report any deviations or issues related to study conduct, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.
- At least 18 months of experience in clinical research, preferably in a monitoring or regulatory role.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with occasional international travel.
