We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations.

About the Role
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring presentation is appealing to customers.
  • Maintain and order stock and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of food trends and techniques to drive innovation in menu development.
  • Maintain a sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety principles to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Take ownership of kitchen operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.

We are looking for a strong leader who can motivate and delegate tasks effectively to the team. A good communicator and problem solver with a passion for food and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Multiple outlet management experience desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-volume food production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to maintain a flexible and adaptable approach in a dynamic work environment.
  • Fully qualified and checkable work references required.
  • Australian working rights essential.
