Key Responsibilities Include:

Establishing strong business relationships, enabling informed decision-making, engaging stakeholders for quality improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Providing comprehensive advice on full Quality remit, coaching managers and employees on management systems, sourcing external solutions, developing training programs, and reviewing quality procedures.

Investigating quality incidents, liaising with relevant authorities, monitoring external practices, and recommending initiatives to apply within the organization.

Key Requirements Include:

Strong organizational and communication skills, tertiary qualifications in science or related fields, extensive experience in Food safety and Quality Assurance, exceptional communication skills, and partnering and stakeholder management skills.
