As a Principal Electrical Engineer with AECOM, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers landmark projects across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary focus will be on wind energy, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
Job Description

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with extensive experience in delivering power generation designs. In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards and industry guidelines is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively participating in project winning, management, and delivery
  • Contributing to client relationships and enhancing business growth
  • Mentoring junior engineers to enhance AECOM's reputation in the energy market

You will also be responsible for providing specialized technical input to studies and design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.


Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid work options, access to industry-leading technology, and opportunities for professional development.
