We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of learning and development programs.
This is a key role within our Learning & Development Team, responsible for managing a team of specialists to support the capability of our workforce.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a range of learning offerings across the organization.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure that learning programs meet emerging needs.
- Measure and report on the impact and progress made through our investment in staff development.
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of contemporary adult learning principles and solutions.
Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of specialists.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles to design and deliver effective learning programs.
- Ability to analyze data to measure and report on program impact.
We offer a total remuneration package valued at $160,095 - $170,833 per annum, including salary, employer contribution to superannuation, and annual leave loading.
