    We're looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Sales Team Leader to reset, inspire, and grow our high-potential learning solutions sales team. This is an exciting newly created role which offers the rare opportunity to close enterprise-level deals and coach two sales consultants to deliver outstanding results.

We partner with organisations to design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences, whether face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid, that build workforce capability and drive measurable results.

    What You'll Do
    • Sell innovative learning solutions to enterprise-level clients.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a small team handling inbound, outbound, and account management.
    • Manage a team sales portfolio worth approximately $2m per annum.
    • Implement smart sales processes and use data to drive performance.
    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to expand offerings and secure resources.

    What You'll Bring
    • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales with proven results.
    • Experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers.
    • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and accountability.
    • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and process-driven mindset.
