Job Description

We are seeking a commercially savvy sales professional to develop and manage sponsor and exhibitor partnerships for conferences that drive long-term value and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with sponsors and exhibitors across multiple conferences
  • Securing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and lead conversion
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to secure sponsorship revenue
  • Managing the full lifecycle of sponsor and exhibitor accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences
  • Shaping compelling value propositions and partnership packages
  • Representing the organization at client meetings and industry events
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting in the CRM
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or account management (ideally in events, media, or professional services)
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage a dynamic sales pipeline
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
