Overview

We are recruiting a Partnerships Manager for a 12-month maternity leave cover, with strong potential to become permanent. This high-impact role reports to the Head of Content and manages two direct reports, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead in a purpose-driven, media-rich environment.

Role is hosted via Options Consulting Group as the exclusive recruitment partner for this assignment, with enquiries directed to Rupert Condon at Options Group.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and external businesses to deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated, results-driven campaigns in collaboration with internal content, creative and production teams.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, performance reporting, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and seamless execution.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in the media industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Reporting and Team
  • Reports to the Head of Content and manages two direct reports.
Organization and Focus

Role is commercially focused and content sales oriented, with experience in media publishing or integrated media sales preferred.
