In operation since 2004, Crewe Sharp is a leading supplier of nursing, hospitality and domestic staff to the Aged Care industry. Headquartered in Melbourne, we have a strong, existing presence around Australia.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Sales and Partnership Manager to head up our sales division as well as maintain and develop existing client relationships.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will see you identify and convert new opportunities to assist in expanding our client data base across VIC, NSW, SA and Tasmania whilst continuing to develop our current partnerships. You will also work closely with our branches, including our allocators and recruiters to ensure the needs of our clients are being met at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans and activities that deliver the financial objectives across the budgeted period
  • Negotiate rates and agreements in line with volume usage
  • Continue to develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Manage day to day tasks and issue resolution
  • Contribution to tender responses when required
  • Management, coaching and supporting additional members of the sales, allocations, and recruitment teams

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales role within the Aged Care sector or fast-paced agency industry
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen sills to secure favourable outcomes
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Ambition, resilience and driven to succeed
