Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to develop solutions for rotating and fixed equipment, improving their life cycle and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engineering solutions to enhance the reliability of rotating and fixed equipment.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reliability Performance Indicators.
  • Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and other Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) efforts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to prioritize and schedule work.
  • Support the implementation of reliability efforts, mechanical integrity, PSM, and Safety Audit Action Items.
  • Advocate for preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of equipment design, function, regulatory requirements, and PSM – Mechanical Integrity.
  • Understanding of welding principles and failure analysis training FMEA or RCFA.
  • Proficiency in handling fixed equipment (piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, etc.) or rotating equipment (centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, seals, fans, blowers, vibration analysis).
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. TN1 visa candidates will be considered.
