Main Responsibilities:
  • To deliver high-quality prosthetic services and support to clinical partners and end-users of our advanced assistive technology.
  • To provide comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to patients on utilizing their prosthetic limbs to achieve daily living goals and personal objectives.
  • To educate and certify healthcare professionals on our systems and devices.
  • To monitor performance via customer feedback, metrics, and data from our ERP system to inform strategic growth decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certified Prosthetist or Orthotist with 1-5 years of experience in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics.
  • Experience in delivering prosthetic solutions for individuals with upper limb absence, including myoelectric/multiarticulating/bionic componentry.
  • Excellent patient care skills and high motivation to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
