Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored in-home support to clients, including meal preparation, shopping, housekeeping, and companionship.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
  • Foster meaningful connections and provide emotional support to enhance well-being.
  • Ensure adherence to care plans and documentation of all client interactions and observations.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing live-in care preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
  • Qualifications in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or the eagerness to obtain one.
