About Us

Mounties Care, a division of Mounties Group, provides in-home care services that empower clients to live independently with the support they need. We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team, providing support to clients across Sydney.

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Community Support Workers to join our Mounties Care team. This role offers multiple opportunities, including part-time, casual, and live-in care positions.

  • Assisting clients with daily activities, such as running errands and accompanying them on outings
  • Preparing meals and shopping for clients
  • Providing personal care and hygiene support, including showering and dressing
  • Performing household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Offering social interaction and companionship
  • Transporting clients to appointments
  • Live-in care services for the right candidate
About You

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of experience in aged care or disability
  • A current COVID-19 vaccination
  • A current Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • A current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, or willingness to obtain
  • A reliable vehicle and relevant insurances
  • A dementia care qualification (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
