Employee Experience Strategist Role

You will work from home and across offices, attending Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices as required.

  • Create employee experience strategy and digital workplace roadmap for a leading brand
  • Increase adoption of internal digital channels across the organisation
  • Analyse intranet and internal communication channels for improvements
  • Manage NRMA's intranet, including information architecture, metadata, and content alignment with business strategies
  • Maintain an effective network of content owners and provide training and support
  • Lead capability build and leadership of employee digital communication platforms and content
  • Review and improve platforms, providing insights and metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates and educate others
