Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Frontline Operations group as Service Delivery Officers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients through various channels, including phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances and provide tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.

Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving enquiries, and maintaining the integrity of ATO records. You will also be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge and works together to continuously improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients through various channels to meet their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations
  • Provide tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to support and facilitate client payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes
  • Navigate challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
  • Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, social sciences)
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
