We're on the hunt for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers.

  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring all customer service activities are completed to our high standard.
  • You'll work closely with our Compliance Officer roles and assist in creating/ implementing CS policy/documentation for training.
  • Building effective relationships within the team and broader business is crucial in this role.
  • You'll focus on customer needs as the primary priority and assist with ad-hoc Trading/Risk/Other roles as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in gaming and wagering industries.
  • Customer Service experience in call centres.
  • Advanced knowledge of Intercom or alternative systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • A can-do attitude and bigger picture thinking.
