Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Trade Management (GTM) function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and evolve the GTM capabilities within our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.

This is a dynamic position that offers the chance to significantly impact both our sales channels and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver comprehensive GTM strategies, prioritizing activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and external partners to align on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
  • Develop and present compelling GTM plans to senior leaders and steering committees for approval.
  • Oversee the delivery of market-ready solutions, tracking progress, guiding go/no-go decisions, and ensuring sales readiness.
  • Lead the GTM Working Group and support the GTM Steering Committee, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring coordinated execution.
  • Act as a segment champion, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Global Trade Management and related technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
