Field Service Technician Opportunity

CJD Equipment offers a unique chance to work with world-class products such as Volvo Construction Equipment, SDLG Wheel Loaders, and the renowned Kenworth and DAF range of trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostic and technical tasks on various sites and in our workshop.
  • Book work in, deal directly with customers, and carry out required work.
  • Utilize computer-based service diagnostic programs and parts catalogs.
  • Ensure all communications with customers are professional and respectful.
  • Write reports and keep daily records from the field.
  • Follow warranty procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Appropriate trade qualification and experience in construction and earthmoving equipment.
  • High level of construction equipment technical knowledge.
  • HV truck and forklift license (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to work alone or as a team when required.
  • Commitment to abide by all company and client HSE policies & procedures.
