Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Power Generation Field Service Technician to join our team in Wodonga, VIC. As a Field Service Electrician Power Generation, you will be responsible for servicing our industrial customers in VIC and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the field.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on Cummins and other manufacturers generators.
- Install and commission new gensets/systems, transfer switches & Digital Master Controllers (DMC).
- Maintain and repair switch gear & battery systems.
Requirements
- Relevant and current VIC electrical trade qualification.
- Full unrestricted A Grade Electrical licence in VIC.
- Experience in a Field Service Role or similar is desirable.
- A high level of mechanical aptitude and solid knowledge of internal combustion engines.
- Proven ability to perform detailed fault finding on complex control systems with strong attention to detail, problem solving and a high level of accuracy.
