Job Title: Team Leader

About This Role:

This leadership position plays a vital role in supporting the operational and clinical operations of a team dedicated to providing critical services.

The successful candidate will lead by example, focusing on collaborative leadership, building and supporting a resilient team, and outstanding communication skills resulting in positive client outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT THE MANAGER IN LEADING THE OPERATIONAL AND CLINICAL OPERATIONS OF A TEAM
  • CHAMPION THE PROVISION OF QUALITY CLINICAL COUNSELLING AND THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
  • EVIDENCE-BASED MODALITIES INTO SERVICE PROVISION TO ACHIEVE SERVICE TARGETS

Requirements:

  • A DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK OR PSYCHOLOGY WITH ELIGIBILITY FOR PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION
  • A MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER OR PSYCHOLOGIST INCLUDING CRISIS INTERVENTION SKILLS
  • POSTGRADUATE STUDY IN A RELEVANT FIELD IS DESIRABLE
