Key Player in Inventory Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Purchasing Administrator.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to become a key player within a friendly and dynamic environment.
As an Inventory Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the Numerical Parts Register (NPR) and other consumable lines. You will also negotiate with vendors to reduce inventory expenses, maintain parts master files and branch store records, and ensure that parts comply with HSE quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate should have well-developed administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. You should also have proven experience with Microsoft Office suite, be a self-motivated, reliable, and proven team player, and understand the importance of exceptional customer service.
