As a key player in our centre's leadership team, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Centre Manager to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children, and be committed to ongoing professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team environment, work with a well-equipped centre, and access resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialized Kindergarten program.

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Have an understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
