Job Title: Underground Shift Supervisor

Our team seeks a seasoned underground mine shift supervisor to lead and manage the safe and efficient execution of mining operations.

  • Plan tasks for the shift with the mine management team.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, generate shift plans, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Supervise employees, ensuring work is carried out safely and as per mine plans.
  • Complete shift reports and timesheets, and coordinate information/training sessions.

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A NSW Underground Mine Supervisor Practicing Certificate.
  • Security Clearance (UHL) or the ability to obtain.
  • Previous leadership experience as a shift supervisor with at least 10 years' experience.
  • A sound understanding of underground mining development and production operations.
