About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize our inventory control system to manage office supplies and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and dispatch, to ensure efficient order-to-cash activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert product knowledge and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Schedule internal client meetings and assist with event organization.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a medical device or biotechnology environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High empathy and a strong desire to improve the customer experience.
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
  • Ability to investigate and problem-solve.
