Job Title: Retirement Village Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our retirement villages in Sydney, Australia.

  • This is a permanent full-time opportunity to manage two villages efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior experience as a Retirement Village Manager or significant management experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills, including experience managing a diverse team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for interacting with older people and empathy towards them.
  • The ability to demonstrate a balanced blend of customer-focus, caring culture, and commercial acumen.
About the Role

This role involves managing a diverse team to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve village operations and achieve business objectives.
