About the Role:

Marsh Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Work Health and Safety (WHS) professional to join our team in Perth. As a Senior WHS Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on WHS matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement WHS programs and initiatives for clients, aligned with our company's model and standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and training sessions to identify and mitigate WHS hazards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and at-risk clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities and services.
  • Represent the company as an ambassador for the practice, building the Strategic Risk Consulting brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Health, Safety, or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years' experience in a WHS role, with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
  • Experience in a consulting role, with excellent communication and client-management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, with the ability to apply and communicate these principles effectively.
  • Strong project delivery and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
