Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of service across all company-owned service facilities in conjunction with regional managers.
  • Evaluate and support dealer network service delivery standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operating systems for field service operations, including safety procedures in collaboration with Toro Australia's WH&S representative.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for product service maintenance, working closely with technical service teams and service managers.
  • Roll out warranty processes aligned with direction from warranty teams and company policies.
  • Coordinate national supplier agreements for service-related consumables and maintenance requirements.
  • Benchmark service standards for all levels of service response, including field service teams, workshop repairs, advisors, and managers.
  • Establish and maintain relevant processes for distributing and maintaining service-related information, including service bulletins, parts manuals, and operator guides.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing turf equipment, recycling machinery, or construction equipment, including tractors, lawn mowers, garden tractors, line trimmers, and golf course machinery.
  • Background in the turf industry, turf technician roles, or a similar field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and keyboarding.
  • Solid understanding of service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Willingsness to travel interstate.
