Key Responsibilities
  • Overhaul minor and major hydraulic and mechanical components on various equipment
  • Undertake diagnostic work, failure analysis, and repairs; liaise with technical specialists when required
  • Complete and submit all relevant paperwork and reports
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach apprentices
Requirements
  • Qualifications - Minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering discipline
  • Experience & Skillset - Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with demonstrated work experience and technical knowledge of construction equipment
  • Analytical thinking - Ability to navigate complex technical issues in repair and maintenance services with minimal to zero rework
  • Autonomous productivity - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively, delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
