Private Wealth Client Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our Private Wealth team.

This role involves providing day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser, managing client administration and service delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be highly attentive to detail, and possess a strong understanding of financial advice processes and compliance obligations.

  • About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to a Financial Adviser, including coordinating client meetings and preparing documentation.
  • Manage client workflows, maintain compliance standards, and ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Financial Adviser in delivering exceptional client service.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs) and review packs.
  • Manage the implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
