About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through effective banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers, creating a positive first impression
  • Assist customers with transactional and savings banking needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Provide relevant banking advice to suit individual circumstances
  • Refer customers to specialist teams when required
  • Educate customers on new technologies to enhance their banking experience
