Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Credit Account Manager, responsible for overseeing and managing our early-stage arrears portfolio on secured and unsecured loan portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing customer financial circumstances, identifying solutions to assist our customers in restoring their loans to good standing, and implementing structured repayment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Portfolio of Overdue Accounts: Assess customer financial circumstances and identify solutions to assist our customers in restoring their loans to good standing.
  • Implement Solutions for Customers: Assess and respond to proposed debt agreements, create structured repayment plans, and negotiate settlements.
