Credit Control Specialist

A leading estate agency is seeking a credit control specialist to manage the lettings division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rent arrears collection and negotiation
  • Managing rent insurance claims and adjustments
  • Ensuring timely payment of rents and invoices
  • Chasing unpaid accounts from landlords and tenants
  • Accurately crediting rent demands on tenancy ledgers
  • Generating periodic statements for landlords
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record in credit control with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the lettings industry, including Section 21 and Section 8 notices
  • Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control and excellent communication skills.
