Job Title

Credit Controller

Job Description

A well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently seeking a credit controller for their lettings division.

The role involves managing rent arrears, chasing unpaid invoices from landlords and tenants, and crediting rent demands on tenancy ledgers.

Additionally, the credit controller will be responsible for generating periodic statements for landlords and adding custom fees to their accounts as required.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the credit controller will need to interact regularly with property managers and client accountants.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in credit control
  • Knowledge of the lettings industry, including experience with Section 21 and Section 8 notices
  • Confident, well-presented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
Benefits

Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm

Salary range: £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience and knowledge
