Senior Data Architect Position

Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior Data Architect to spearhead the development of robust data integration and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive end-to-end data solutions utilizing Snowflake, AWS S3, and Glue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, and business analysts, to define solution patterns and integration strategies
  • Lead technical workshops and stakeholder engagements to capture requirements and present solution options
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory frameworks
  • Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications with clarity and precision
  • Support implementation teams with guidance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and reusable components

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience designing solutions with Snowflake, AWS S3, and AWS Glue in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-native architectures
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices on AWS
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working within regulated environments (e.g., government or financial services)
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Exposure to other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, Redshift)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Knowledge of data modeling and performance optimization in Snowflake
