Job Title:

  • Design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Data Factory and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL, and related Azure technologies.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines between legacy systems and modern cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Optimise data models for performance, consistency, and scalability.
  • Implement validation rules and quality checks across data pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and proactively address root causes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of ETL development, data integration, and data modelling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing practices.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional Azure tools (e.g., Azure SQL Database).
  • Formal qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Industry certifications, such as Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Data Analytics.
