Leading Senior Estimator

The successful candidate will provide strategic estimating leadership and key client engagement across High Voltage Transmission/Substations and Renewables or Building Services projects.
This pivotal role involves leading the end-to-end estimating process, directing the production of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables, producing technical documents autonomously, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and developing project execution plans.
Responsibilities and Deliverables- Lead the estimating process on assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, verifying and reviewing procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Forecast costs, timelines, and constructability factors, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks through proactive planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, develop, deliver, and operate multidisciplinary projects.
- Mentor junior QS/Estimators within your specialist discipline.
