Product Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven product manager to take ownership of an assigned category, driving its growth, profitability, and availability.

This role requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and channel requirements, as well as the ability to manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to retirement.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, technical product knowledge, and excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the assigned category to deliver growth, margin, and product availability, aligning with regional market and channel requirements.
  • Define and monitor category KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, covering areas such as demand planning, target pricing, and product marketing.
  • Oversee new product introductions and retirements, working closely with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive brand harmonisation strategies across assigned categories, enhancing awareness of the product portfolio.
Requirements
  • Experience in product or category management, ideally within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Proven track record in driving category growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
