- Collaborate with stakeholders including the employee, medical specialists, treatment providers and allied health professionals;
- Facilitate a return to wellness plan using nursing knowledge;
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.
- Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviews;
- Draw upon clinical skills to support people throughout their rehab journey.
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing;
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
