About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Researcher to join our team. This position offers relocation support and provides a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic city.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading core end-to-end research activities, including driving research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate research with product teams to inform design decisions and product direction.
  • Lead research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or Psychology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in consumer-facing business domains.

Desirable Skills:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
