Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute end-to-end research projects to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including product and design.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing domains, including user research methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and lean product development.
  • Knowledge of design thinking principles and human-centered design methods.
