Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. This role involves delivering exceptional on-site after-sales support for mobile and crawler cranes.

  • This includes conducting on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct on-site service activities including installations, repairs, and maintenance of crane systems.
  2. Detect and resolve technical issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  3. Perform routine inspections to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design.
  5. Document service activities in detailed reports.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • A valid driving license and the ability to work autonomously.
