About the Role

This role will be joining our People and Culture team in Sydney, where we value people who can find a balance between performance and people, and who can blend their style to match.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development within designated business units.
  3. Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on leadership, workforce planning, and talent & succession planning.
  4. Collaborate on business transformation initiatives, including change management and cultural development programs.
  5. Lead People and Culture projects focused on employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
  6. Drive key People projects, including policy reviews, process improvements, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  7. Utilize people data and analytics to influence decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people strategies.
  8. Oversee compliance with employment legislation and company policies, ensuring best practices are followed across the business.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People and Culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment.
  • Desirable: Previous experience working in an ASX-listed company.
  • Strong proficiency with People systems and data analytics for reporting and insights.
  • Experience working with employees based in Singapore, Philippines, and Japan.
