As a key member of our team, you will lead strategically important cross-functional projects targeting operational excellence. You will work closely with leaders across different functions to identify areas of under-performance, friction, and confusion, and then lead programs of work to improve performance and alleviate problems.

This role is truly cross-functional, supporting better processes and performance in all areas of the business. You will partner with SLT members from across the organisation to deliver on our mission.

You will own OKRs at an SLT level and drive their implementation across the business. You will also foster a radical focus mindset by the business and partner with GM Strategy and Corporate Development to drive adoption of the OKRs and Strategy across the business.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead - ability to lead within clearly defined reporting relationships but also across teams and levels
  • Autonomous - ability to create and foster relationships with SLT-level and ELT-level teams
  • Creative - problem-solving skillset can be applied to any set of issues, seeking alternative solutions
  • Communication - ability to coordinate and communicate at SLT+ level, both verbally and in writing
  • Agile - ability to handle non-routine problems and situations
  • Analytical - strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commercial - possess a solution mindset, working with internal stakeholders to delivery strong business outcomes navigating technical issues
  • Coach - capable of developing others in your area of expertise

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience operating in intense environments
  • Experience with change management and implementing OKRs framework in cross-functional organisations preferred
  • Ability to use strategy toolkit primarily in problem-solving and story-telling
  • Experience working at a Head Of level in fast-paced start-up environments preferred
