Job Title: Project Leadership ExpertDescription:

The role of Project Leadership Expert is a key position responsible for leading cost management teams and delivering high-quality outputs.

  • Client Interface: As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure strong relationships and service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor team leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Training & Compliance: You will ensure all team members have current, relevant training and adhere to SOX controls and company management systems.
  • Project Delivery: You will oversee timely, high-quality delivery of outputs, including review and sign-off of all management information.
  • Market Knowledge: You will apply deep experience in the construction market to guide project and team success.
  • Business Development: You will drive client acquisition and retention through effective tender management and business development strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the infrastructure sector, with a strong background in aviation, rail or power & utilities projects. A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar, and additional accreditations (e.g. RICS, AIQS, CIOB, APM) are advantageous.

You will be skilled in estimating software such as CostX, Expert Estimator or equivalent, and have excellent written and verbal English skills, with a track record of producing high-quality reports and leading high-performing teams.
