Project Coordination Expert

The Project Coordination Expert plays a pivotal role in the company's success, overseeing project teams and ensuring timely delivery of software implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of platform implementations, including hands-on management and delegation to team members.
  • Contribute to delivery practices and ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Lead project teams to meet goals and milestones, with a focus on wellbeing, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in software implementation project management experience.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles with software vendors, consulting, or system integrators.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • General Insurance knowledge and relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master.
