Job Summary

This role focuses on managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess project feasibility, develop scopes and plans, and coordinate quotes and approvals.
  • Track budget allocations and expenditures, preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Manage stakeholders, engage with business users, coordinate internal and external teams, manage contractors, lead meetings, and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and experience in delivering infrastructure projects.
  • Effective leadership and oversight, clear understanding of National Construction Code and Australian Standards.
  • Ability to read and understand building infrastructure plans, previous experience in a hospital environment preferred.
  • Agile and adaptable, adjusting project plans and methodologies to meet evolving demands.
