Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Adult Community Mental Health team at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
">As the Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical governance standards.
">To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a deep understanding of mental health services and a genuine passion for improving well-being.
">You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care.
">The ideal candidate will be registered as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. An enrollment in an approved Mental Health course or qualification in mental health practice is also desirable.
