The role of a Process Analyst is multifaceted, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
About the RoleAs a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking and managing process documentation requirements, engaging with stakeholders to design end-to-end business processes, and analyzing process designs to ensure key controls are in place.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process mapping and documentation of end-to-end business processes
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Ensure sign-off by process participants
You will have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience working in complex business environments. Exposure to process improvement and project management disciplines is also essential.
Your QualificationsWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a hybrid environment. You must be able to work 2-3 days in the office per week.
