Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual displays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to queries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively merchandise and visually display products.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-service role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide excellent customer service.
  • Enthusiasm and energy to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
