We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to take up a role as a Customer Service Representative in our Melbourne office. As a leader in the golfing industry, we represent premium brands such as Titleist and FootJoy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for golf and customer service to work closely with our Account Managers, Marketing team, and other departments to ensure consistent and timely communication with customers. If you have previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support their colleagues, and identify areas for process improvement. They will also work collaboratively with the team to implement promotions and programmes effectively.
